Hello,
As a resident of Hapeville, I am inspired by its diversity, unique identity, resilience, and her stories - past, present and future.
No other city in the world is named Hapeville, much less one dating back to 1891 that sits on 2.5 sq. miles today between an international airport, two urban interstates and a major state capital. Hapeville is pretty special if you didn't know it!
I wanted to escape interminable traffic, find walkability, an affordable place to live, and small town charm without leaving the area. Hapeville delivered! My partner and I both grew up in small towns, but Hapeville is home now.
I would like to help write Hapeville's next chapter as your next Council Member at Large. I humbly ask for your vote this November 2nd. The seat honorably held by Travis Horsley since 2018 will be vacated this year. If elected, the new 4-year commitment begins in January 2022. The council is composed of 5 members, and all are officially non-partisan roles.
